been listen'n to de' synth pedal demos all weekend...
they all sound like poo to me...
I can has better sounds with "normal" pedals...
and so it goes...

I've found the same thing man. It's really hard to get authentic/interesting synth tones out of a dedicated box on bass. You almost have to embrace some cheese as part of it and call it "intentional".

nooooooot yet. the two shows we've played where i did any keys i used the MicroSampler. was way fun. but this is not only a bit more verbose setup (for how i'd use it), but way more ergonomic. i had the Micro on an amp stand so i had to bend in half to get to it. hard to hit pedals. this is BETTAH.
