I say yay! IMO probably the best modern production amp Orange has out. Ever seen Zoroaster? He used one for a long long time. Local band The Osedax used one for a long time as well and it sounded amazing live. I have no experience though with running pedals through one but I played one plugged straight in and loved it.

Bad ass! Making me really envious. I really like semi hollow and hollow bodies for some reason. Having an aluminum one would be extra killer. Congratulations dude.
I've actually got a Fouke Industrial hollowbody that I've been trying to unload. Interested parties can PM me for details.

I saw them after their first demo came out and they had a mountain of amps in that small space. Sounded so good. Saw them later opening for Intronaut and they had a different drummer and were meh. Still had good tone though. I found one listed for trade that I'm gonna see about maybe trading my JCM800 plus a little cash for.

I gotcha, they've been through numerous line-up changes but I've always enjoyed them. Dude if its not that much cash on top I would be all over that deal.

Nice dude!!!! I liked that lil vid you posted online. Seems like everyone I know around here is going to Marshall / Peavey stereo rigs. The dude I bought my parachute wah from used to run 2 vintage Model T's and he sold them both to pick up a JCM800 and a 5150, but he did change from playing doom to black metal but eh.

My old bassist used one for pretty much every recording that we have. His had a weird tendency to blow the fuse in the back a lot. I'm really not sure why... super simple fix, but he didn't address the issue that caused it ever. he just bought like 20 or 30 fuses at a time. Good sound.

I am beyond happy with my current rig. Now I need to start working towards back ups for the Marshall and Peavey. Have the Bassman and Laney but they aren't nearly as loud.

I don't know if I would trade the JCM for it. They are rad, though.

Probs because you can cover a month's rent or a mortgage payment or a big pile of drugs with the difference

Backups don't have to be about being as loud, they more need to be trust worthy and able to get you through the gig if something happens to a main.

Or pay your press agent to get you more publicity.......

That's a two way street, though. I just found out that Bardo Pond put out a new album in October... because they do their own press. So it didn't show up anywhere I usually look for the music (allmusic, here, The Obelisk, etc.) heads up.

I say back ups, but I am using that as an excuse to buy two other amps I want to own.
