ikr - my ocd would be activated by the creme pickups, but there are cheap ways around that without swapping out components (if you even like the pickups)

a few years ago, i might have snapped something like that right quick (probs before posting it ), but i'm in a fiercely downsizing mood (how quickly things change, given i pre-ordered a bass vi just weeks ago moves'll do that to ya tho, lol)

i probs will pick up a somewhat more traditional v @ a later date after i've disposed of a bunch of crap.... also, i wanna try not being such a bottom-feeder

I like divebombs but I also like being able to change my strings without wanting to quit music.

i've never really spent that much time with a floyd, and never tried to change strings on a guitar with on, but i can see why that'd be the gates of madness. i mean a bigsby is enough insanity for one guitaring life. also, i'm not sure how much dive bombing i'd ever do, so yeah, the floyd would not be the reason for me to go v with that one....
