So I've taken on my Grandpa's habit of hoarding my own used napkins (I do eventually throw them out cause I realize how ridiculous the situation is). If you walked into my office or my room... you would think my pecker owed me money or something. In reality... I'm just saving some napkins for later.

I also horde napkins, actually. I picked that habit up from my mom. There's always a huge bundle in the console of the car and the counter next to the sink. Right next to the roll of paper towels, for which I pay united states currency for at the actual store.

Can you explain this compulsion? I think for me it's because I may use a napkin just to get a couple drips of hot sauce or some animal fat off my hands. But then I have the whole napkin still? Seems like waste to throw out.

My Grandpa used a Handkerchief (tfw I spelled it correctly the first time ) but I find those disgusting. This is coming from someone who 1. Seldom showers 2. Peels their toe nails (never cuts them) and 3. Bare handed their own shit out of the toilet this week.

I don't know why I horde napkins, other than the fact that they're essentially free with purchase, so it seems like a waste NOT to lol. I buy paper towels, I buy tissue, but I still have hundred of paper napkins and every time I grab some myself, I never get less than 4 and I always take them out of the bag and put them somewhere.

I have handkerchiefs in a drawer somewhere and I used to use them regularly, but I agree, they are disgusting. My grandma used to give them to use for christmas when I was a kid, along with other stuff that was completely impersonal and unwanted.

Oh we're talking about two different things. Yes, I do that too. You get napkins from take out or something... you keep them.
I mean, I hoard used napkins cause they're not fully used. I think a prospective partner would be very confused with some of the crumbled napkins around my bed with... hot sauce on them. Like, "What is this guy into!?"

I can't honestly say I know where all my delays are. I know 2 are in the road case the Acoustic Trauma is in... there is no way I'm digging that out. It's like the environment as this point... what's done is done. I will stage some delays and make art... but only cause u asked.

Ah, yeah, I keep them until they're used, but just in that "fold it over and find another clean spot" way. I usually don't keep several or long term.

I went and looked up the Mental Waste track that we recorded with a DOD DM on guitar and a Boss ODB-3 on bass (just for fun, because I got each for like $35 around that time), for a compilation that never came out (wrote the song just for it too). I never uploaded it to the bandcamp page, maybe I will make some cover art for it and do that this weekend.
