Haven't had time to keep up with the discussion here. Hope the lottery solution is appreciated. Haven't really thought of the publicity side of rush sales. It's just so convenient to have the webstore generate the paperwork instead of processing every order individually. Hopefully this lottery solution won't require too much extra paperwork.
Also, if the releases are 'controlled' via lottery this makes it a lot easier for Pladask to distribute evenly which is nice. Sorta like the TKOG folks limiting their mini glitch releases to folks who have not been able to get one yet. The delay on shipping and receipt makes the instant gratification flip a lot less likely too I'd guess.
