So--old garage sale find turns up in the bottom of a bin when I was searching for my Pitch Pirate so I could sell that--Arion SCO-1 Compressor. I never even used it since I quit a band just when I bought it and then moved.

Figured, hmm, Arion seems to be some kinda secret weapon for some people, I'll fling it on the b/s/t bonfire.

But.

This from Ovnilab:

"Arion SCO-1: Wow. This is one of the absolute worst-sounding compressors I have ever heard. It is like playing through a tiny transistor radio. In fact, it's actually a really great lo-fi effect.
