I have two dynamics: muted or not (which is most of the time). That's it. I only got two speeds too...fast or slow..don't know what BPM or anything (twas different when I was in a band though...I kinda followed the drums sometimes). If I ever get talent, I will try it out
TBH I only play with dynamics when I am using an overdrive at home and I want to make believe I work for PGS :picard:
With the band I either play clean, distorted, or fuzz fucked. I guess I do pick pretty lightly during some quiet parts.

This thing gets dirty crazy fast. One two hour rehersal and the pedal already looks more used than most of my pedals. Instant mojo.

So jammed out on this last night. It's crunchy and buzzy and crazy as shit. But actually to my surprise, pretty tame as well! I will say that on most settings, it destroys my low end. So definitely better on guitar than bass. I used a B7K to beef it up and OMFG! It was crazy! I'm scared to step on it though! Why did they have to use Velvet damn it!!! I half tempted to rehouse it so I don't fuck the damn thing up!!!

Well I just don't want to destroy the value since it's so limited!!! You know what I mean? Like this is one I'd not put velcro on or anything.

I guess. I've already stepped on mine a lot, so maybe I'm just trying to pull you down with me. :)*

I'm 99% sure it's a fOXX tone machine, same number of transistors, same number of diodes (with an added one for reverse polarity power protection I assume), same number of resistors and the same number of capacitors.

+ the lower case f in WATAfUZZ and velvet covering are both pretty big nods towards the tone machine.

Which means part values and transistor and diode part numbers are the only thing we can't really say for sure, but that's potentially where the magic lies :idk:

Did you buy it as an investment or to use it? Maybe build yourself a Tone Machine clone with bigger capacitors to make it more bass friendly and put the Watafuzz in the cupboard. Then you can take it out occasionally to rub your boner on the velvet. I'm guessing that would feel great :yay:
