So my drummer filed a police report and was contacted by a detective for his county. The basic jizzt is that were probably not going to get any cash award for our shit unless we can provide proof of purchase and everything. Also they are going to have to recover some of our shit just to prove that it actually went down....which were told is probably pretty likely since she we *think* threw our shit off the ledge at a parking lot on a public campground in a national park and our state goes apeshit over littering and since this was at a national park it could be considered a felony. ALSO....he said something about the electronics (my amp and pedals) could be considered improper disposal of hazardous materials since the area is covered in standing water he assumed that there was batteries in the pedals and whatnot....which is possible with the bass fuzzzzszssz... This is also probably a felony. So basically even tho im ampless and out two killer pedals (one of which i cant replace) and some curlies its still pretty likely shes going to get fucked.

You might want to watch what you're saying publicly about all of this (including your posts on here) if this does all go to court.
