I believe The Cleanness is true bypass, so it would not act as a buffer, but I've never really checked, so Ryan can correct me if I'm wrong!

As for The Elements, that's Ryan's proposed new overdrive to replace the Woofer Wailer. If I remember right he said it would be like The Cleanness in it's versatility, but with a lot more clipping options. All I remember is that it was an OD that sounded like it would be ridiculously cool. You should definitely look into it!

The Cleanness doesn't work as a buffer when off, it's true bypass, but a switch for that choice is something I'm pondering for the next upgrades to the Cleanness... one day down the road. Makes sense for it to be a choice for the user.

Molo, there's not really any info about the Elements yet.. I don't know any either. It's an idea right now, a little bit of brain-designing has gone on but it's still pretty far being worked on. It won't be born until after the bigberators are ready and that's still right in the middle of the design stage, months away from production.
