Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh yes. If I had my way (and it wouldn't kill me), my diet would be made entirely up of bread, chocolate and cheese (occasionally all at once). I do love a good aged Gouda (when the milk solids get all crystallized and crunchy... mmmmmmmmmm... salivating now...). It's too early to think of and list all of the cheeses I love, but let's just say that I like most of them (even some of the runny / stinky ones... but usually in smaller amounts). And we always have a half pound of organic American on hand.

The one cheese that I don't dig is the typical store-bought Swiss. Maybe if it's melted in the middle of a good Cuban sandwich with a bunch of mustard, but that's the only exception...

I here you.. for me cheese [and butter] is the only dairy I can eat with out issues I think in all reality I'm going to end up a vegan whether I want to or not....

Bacon is made from murdered pigs. Pigs are smarter then dogs. I really think you need to find a way to turn stray dogs into bacon,.....

i do like to melt a chunk of velveeta and sir in some home made 3 jalapeno salsa and dip chips or just pour it on stuff...
