that's not even bad.
as long as the solder points are well done, what's to fuss?
crossed wires are making the pedal noisy? oh lol... this is a fuzz pedal.

if anything, pcb mounted switches and jacks are worse offenders.

Just posting an example of what they used to look like. But seeing as we're discussing it the board looks to be free floating which I wouldn't be impressed with, also there's a cap hanging off the board what's up with that? For $220 dollars I'd expect a bit more time put into laying out the board and doing a neat job of the off board wiring. But each to their own all the same.
