Why all the power-pop hate? And I don't think I'd put them in there anyways. I like the video though.

OMIGOD I LOVE VELOCITY GIRL SO MUCH IT'S BEEN SO LONG I MISSED THEM!!!!
Know what I desperately want to find? The old Velocity Girl "Warm/Crawl" single. Can't find it anywhere. I remember that song blowing my mind back in my old college radio DJ days, and I really want to know if it holds up. It was my favorite. All I remember is the end where it busts out huge, with the singer going "doot doot do do doot doot de doo doo" over the giant guitars, in her sweet little voice. Le sigh.

Whoa! We had a different version... I think it was an EP... maybe a promotional thing? I could have sworn that it had "Tales of Brave Aphrodite" on it too. And it was a CD...

That's the Sub Pop singles club one on transparent pink vinyl! Damn right you want that one! I think it was promotional then. I'm pretty sure I have all their CDs.

Hmmmm... I no gots. I'm thinking that your early-to-mid-90's indie-rock collection far outshines mine. I gave up my vinyl long ago... like a fool.

I do love me some 90s indie-rock/pop.
But discogs is great if you're ever looking for some obscure 90s rock band.
