Ok,in all seriousness,as a child,I had an extremely active imagination. My grandfather promoted Big Band concerts, when he was alive. At 4,I attended one of these at a local convention center. It was band leader Tommy Dorsey's music, with a few surviving original members. Now,I knew going in that TD(not Tom Dalton-thankfully  ) was deceased. So I went pee in the lobby john during an intermission. There wasn't a soul in there(or was there?). Then after I let 'er rip,I heard some weird, echoing, thud type of sound(hey, bathroom reverb). A little worried that someone was gonna see my 4 yr old weiner,I asked "who's there?" and a deep, resonant voice(seemingly from beyond)answered,"Tommy Dorsey". Man I almost got my wang cut off trying to zip up and get the hell outta there. I turned out ok( :erm: ).

me too!! i was 7 when we moved to alaska from south carolina, and i think the intense shift in light conditions (arrived in summer to nearly 24 hour daylight, and then the near constant winter dark) effected and affected me in a lot of ways. i definitely heard voices till i was about ten, but i was aware they were just part of my subconcious manifesting internally. the visual thing though, that freaked me out a lot. I also became intensely depressed at times, but i attribute that largely to my parents divorce and my isolation. (single parents have to work a lot, and being an only child, i was home alone a lot)

childhood is crazy.

EDIT: oh yeah, a couple weks ago, my two yearold was doing a really good shining impression :erm:

Night terrors-my 6 year old used to have them until the time he was 4. During labor,he had become entangled in the umbilical cord, and as a result, had to be removed via c-section. It was creepy when he used to have them. He'd appear to be awake, but shrieking and incoherent. One day,I decided to explain to him about what happened when he was "in mommy's belly" getting ready to come out,and he hasn't had one since. I assumed he gained some degree of closure. My 12 year old still sleep walks and sleep talks. But they're fine.

Well.. From what I hear, it's the vooooooooooooooooooices from the other dimensions... I read too much David Icke... I don't think my son hears any voices, he might, but he's too busy rippin' shit up to even care... LOL! :)
