I play a JCM 800 2203 with a Marshall oversized 4x12. My reasoning for getting the second amp was to run it clean along side to give some of my gazier/fuzzier parts more clarity.
Haha, it's like we are guitar evil twins. My Jag is red on red and my MIJ Jazzmaster is the white one. Want to trade both guitars, haha?

Indeed. I got the jag for 500, put good USA pups in it, dropped in a new bridge and adjusted the trem arm. So about 150 worth of upgrades, parts and labor.

I've been scouting around for a decent twin/super/deluxe reverb. They usually run a little higher, around 700-800 for a silverface. But that would be ideal.
