It's kind of irrelevant because you can always set up around it with loops, another boost, etc. And if you're recording, it doesn't matter at all.

i understand your point but for live use its a bitch to deal with. I'm not buying another clean boost and a true bypass loop to use a quiet pedal that already costs $200 to begin with.

On a positive note put a wah before the fender blender and you get cool engine revving sounds.

Yeah I totally get that. I'm just very lazy live and only like to click two buttons to change between three or four sounds...
