Looks like an amp switcher/DI box where a ground lift would be useful for preventing ground loops and their associated hum.
Which ZVex sequencing pedal is that? Anyone know what song it gets used on?

I've been checking out the different sequencing pedals, and the tremorama, is the only one with two switches, a flip switch and all yellow LEDs. So yeah, it's a tremorama, unless they've been changing the LEDs.
