There are a lot of names for this, but it is a Univox Superfuzz with a crappy wah attached. I got mine for $35.
Let that sink in...it's a vintage Shin-ei-built Univox Superfuzz...for $35.

Image

You'll see them called
* Shin-Ei Companion WF-8 8-Tr Fuzz Wah
* Altai WF-8 Fuzz-Wah Pedal
* Avora 8-Tr Fuzz Wah Pedal
* Boomer Fuzz Wah Pedal
* Crown W-Fuzz
* Jax WF-8 Fuzz-Wah Pedal
* Kent KP-2 8-Tr Fuzz Wah Pedal
* Kimbara 8-Tr Fuzz Wah Pedal
* Maya MA-3 8-Tr Fuzz Wah Pedal
* Memphis WF-8 8-Tr Fuzz-Wah
* Mica-Tone Fuzz-Wah
* National FW-939 Fuzz Wah Pedal
* Tele-Star Fuzz Wah Pedal
* Tempo model 124 Fuzz-Wah

If you see one, buy it.
Good deals done with all these guys

Okay, so the ARE mass-produced, and likely crap, but I've always wanted to try these weird, Polish DOD knock-offs made by KOD/Koda: http://www.effectsdatabase.com/model/kod

This one is probably too obvious, but what about those Russian Lell pedals? They seem interesting, but I'm not about to shell out the money people in the US want for them... especially since you can probably get them for peanuts *in* Russia...

Also, IDK how familiar people are with the Alesis Akira (rack-mount version of the Ineko with a couple of added features):

It's great if you can find one for a reasonable price... The only thing that really sucks about it is you can only use ONE effect at a time... :wha?:

Oh, and:

Image

I came across one of these on ebay a while back... I'd never heard of them until then... Apparently it's not even really an echo... more like a tremolo effect, or so I've read.

EDIT: and I just now found this: Image

WTF?!
