I wear everything from faded band shirts to Kenneth Cole.
Ebay....great for t-shirts.
Levi's store for.......well, Levi's.
Zappos.com is always great for shoes. Good prices, fast shipping, easy returns. They also carry clothes. I even bought some RayBan's from Zappos for cheap.
American Apparel for plain T's, etc.

There are a lot of good non-chain stores around my area too.
I don't do the thrift store/vintage thing anymore. These days "fit" is just too important to me...and I got tired of wearing polyester.

Band tees, girl jeans, purple belt, and a cheap zip-up hoodie.

Oh, and my filthy Vans slip ons. < 3

Jeans, usually the cheapest ones Marks & Spencer do, which cost £9.50. I have bought cheaper when I was a student, Tesco do a pair that cost £4. They did their job well enough.

T-Shirts tend to come from gigs, and some wrestling shirts from Ring of Honor (makes a change from all the WWE ones I see usually). If I want something, I'll get it wherever I find it.
