Glad you liked it! Not to sound like a pitchman, but there's so many nutty sounds in there, anyone who's into crazy digital music has gotta get one of these things.

I'm half dead with a cold and in no shape to play anything real, but here is the DSI Mopho's "Moroder 1" preset getting crushed. No other effects or changes to synth parameters, I just pushed the little red button.

There's another trick that I discovered with the stereo dock, but I'm going to keep you in suspense there until I can make a demo video. ;)

Oh, the pain of waiting! The pain!

Holy shmokes! That is crazy!

Have you tried putting other pedals in the loop?

Well, looks like I've got this weekend planned out now...

Wow! Thanks for starting this thread, jrmy. This morning I found a cheap roto-machine on ebay and then promptly ordered the bitcrusher module. I'm really looking forward to some serious knob tweaking. I think it was a great idea to start the company on the core platform--it's almost like an iPhone app. Speaking of which, the apps will be great inputs for the bitcrusher. Kudos to Red Panda.

So what else does this do besides self oscillate with the stereo dock and patch cable?

I CAN'T wait to get one. After xmas though.

And thank you, cheesecats! Yeah, an iPhone-bitcrusher would be a good combination. :omg:

In that video it's not really self oscillating, it's effectively two bitcrushers controlled by one set of knobs and switches. But yeah, it was self oscillating in another video, if that's what you mean. What else can it do??? You need more?
This will tell you most everything http://redpandalab.com/tc-bitcrusher/overview.html
but let me know if you have any questions.

I'm working on a video that shows some more musical/practical applications of the doubling trick. Plus it could actually self-oscillate *and* have an instrument going through it simultaneously if you really want a noisy experience

Just got mine last night! This thing is AWESOME! I'm working on new songs and I'm looking forward to incorporating this into my sound. I got Atari sounds, super sputtery fuzz sounds, and stuff I can't even describe. And you can all still make it sound musical. This has got to be in my top 5 of pedals already!
