What does that jack on the top do?

I thought that it was a clean output, but in this picture of the backplate you can see that it seems to be the 18V input jack. Very strange to see a 1/4'' power jack!

And the pedal at Reverb is not under warranty anymore, because the label was removed!

Ns uses a 1/4” on the power supply on their nxt line so you can recharge the internal battery through the instrument’s output jack
