If by Devi getting a cut, we mean ILF, then sure 
(I think it's $1000/month to licence from her. There's no way, with how few of these there will be.)
The material I'd be using is including the tweaks added by the one who did the build for rfurt, and he apparently doesn't mind. Not the same, but that's one "okay" down.
I'd like for this to be fun, to keep the price fairly low if possible, and to try to involve a couple other ILF'ers. Such as seeing if Jrmy or someone would do the art, and if we go the pcb vs vero route, I'll probably hit up Alec/MAE.

Image can be that, except swap ABC for ILF.
Maybe reduce the resolution on the image a bit more and pre-tear it, for true nostalgia.
