Dude. The house I've been working on endlessly is all gray walls, all white trim all plain as day neutral and I fucking HATE It. People want things to be one uniform color in my area. So, literally every single wall is gray. Bathrooms and everything. Ugh. I painted the damn place and I hate it.

That's how the house we're renting is. Everything is white. And everything, EVERYTHING has that fan-pattern texture on it. It's weird.

This morning I got sucked into Container Homes on the DIY channel. I'm now almost positive I will one day try to build a studio and or a workshop out of shipping containers. Then tonight the fiancee and I watched like 6 episodes of Amazing Interiors. The first few episodes were mostly amazing. But somewhere around the Sci Fi museum, it started to get a little sad and scary

 book line right there.
I too want a container...something. seems idea for a workshop/shed situation. Want a window? Just cut out a section of the wall!
I wish they were wider or I'd save up and get one just for working on cars.

I googled it and it seems like maybe the business is successful in the end because they seem to do a bit? And I'm sure these things are edited for drama.

but the way it looked in the episode with him putting his wife through that

Container Homes is on Hulu now, go watch it!!
It's not sad like Amazing Interiors, but it features some really cool buildings.

My favorite is the college girl who says something like "I just wanna get out there on my own and prove that I can make it."
*technically still living in parents' giant yard
*seems to actually still live in the house half of the time
