My band uses this audio clip (from when Herz starts) at our shows sometimes as an intro to one of our songs.
I think cLOUDDEAD used it on their second album as well... can't recall which track right now though.. aha found it, Dead Dogs Two - although it might be a different sample from the same film; I'm sure that's Werner Herzog's voice - it's right at the end of the track

Werner's got a history of taking paycheck jobs (and probably enjoying the process) - gotta pay for things like the driving while texting doc somehow.
