I’m interested in this so I’ll count later on. I’ve always wanted to make a list of the pedals I’ve owned but I don’t think I could even remember them all. That would be a terrifying amount

I don't know off hand but I think somewhere around 40-50. I'm actually debating sell off a good chunk of them but I have a hard time letting go sometimes haha

Pedal reality TV....

Two gear-obsessed dorks face off in a memory challenge. Each time they forget to recall a pedal from their collection, before the timer expires, they forfeit ownership of the pedal. This goes back & forth until both participants have lost 15-30 pedals from their massive hoards.

I had the same thought, but was trying to avoid the impression of any “edge” in saying so. It is kind of a fair question here, though, because it’s a sociological data point to link to people’s comments on pedals.

I did a mental inventory and think I’m around 50 including expression pedals and FS3x’s. If I revived the Excane-all-pedals-pic thread I might need a bigger floor. Yes, it’s excessive, but I would still hold onto almost all.

I think about 60? Not all are functional... and some are so awful they are banished to a box of misery in the corner. I think I use about 35 - 40 regularly, but I don't have a pedal board and change the order of pedals I have everytime I plug in because I love the variety of sounds.

Exactly 3 and a half.

Part of my reason for creating the thread in the first place was a selfish one; to get an idea of how advanced my GAS is
compared to others. Also, “lots” is a relative term, so i’m interested to see what “lots of pedals” means to different people. I also think it’s interesting to see who is a collector, who uses very few, who’s a tap dancing maniac, etc.

Better start calling me Fred Astaire.
