I saw there's a limited edition blue and yellow Aqueduct at GC. I'm a sucker for the small run color variants, but I held my ground and didn't buy it. Yet.
@ me when there's a black unit.

I saw it after my preorder. Never cared much for special run color stuff (except for that color change Mini SS/BS is doing

).
Call me when theres a V2 with extra shit and I can call run #1 vintage lmao

Yes!

Really does sound like a mellowtron when she uses it.
So I got my Aqueduct in today. I've never owned a vibrato pedal before this one, but first impressions are really good. Lot of sounds I gravitated towards right away that I'll list out now.
Sine mode, Rate at 12 o clock, Depth at 12 o clock: Very natural and organ like when playing chords, similar to Kelley Deal's Mellowtron setting. Great for clean lines, makes everything sound Lo Fi and classy.
Ramp Mode, everything dimed: Dying computer sounds. With the new switching system this pedal has it adds a lot of value to setting this thing at stupid settings and then pinging it in when you want it. I like ramp for this cause it adds this crazy
WHOOPWHOOPWHOOPWHOOP type noise to the sound. reminds me of something Nick from Tera Melos would probably dig. I'll have to try dimed with other modes.
Envelope Pitch, Rate at 3, Depth Maxed: The as advertized My Bloody Valentine setting and boy does it deliver. I've found it pretty easy to adjust the depth (sensitivity) of this mode to match my pick attack. I found that going left past 12 o clock really didnt do much, but going past 12 is where I started to hear a change. Of course, your results may vary with this as I was using a strat with fairly low output pickups vs my SG with a more aggressive P90 in it. But it does the whammy wiggle shoegaze fun time thing great. Already can see this becoming that more bands incorporate into their sound. I know I will.
Overall I really dig it. Probably the first EQD pedal I've jived with right away. Guess I'm just not a fan of their drives.
Personally, if they go for a 2.0/deluxe version of it, Id like to see:
-Presets, two at a time, with a button to switch between the two
-Tap Tempo and/or expression, CV, Midi control. (Personally Id want the tap tempo)
So yea, get that shit if your curious.
