Apparently they're shutting down Utah Harman, period (which is where Digitech was located).
I was just reading a thread on FB where one guy mentioned that someone he knew from Harman was moving to Texas to keep his job and, apparently, some positions magically opened up at their Richardson office.

Way lame. Digitech/DOD have been killing it for the past seven years or so. Supernatural, Digiverb, Boneshaker, Gunslinger, and Gonkulator are all in rotation. Provided a lot of bang for your buck in the market.

So will DOD pedals still be manufactured, or is everyone and his dog going to start selling them on ebay for £££'s?

30 year old DOD pedals still sell for less than $30 each used in some seemingly endless supply, and newer issue DOD pedals are on clearance for $30 today?

But even after the 250 Overdrive went OOP, lot of shameless flippers haven't stopped the average selling price to hover around $40 USD (Compressor is not too far behind, Boneshaker too). However, the Meatbox reissue has been going sky high lately (significantly less were ever made in the first place, and there are few comparative effects being sold today, save maybe the Mantic Density Hulk, which itself started as a straight up clone of the DOD) - today's going rate: around $300. I always wanted a Looking Glass, so perhaps it's my time to get on that shiny Shoe boat once and for all.

Also, someone on ebay is offering a used Gunslinger, minus one knob, for $35 OBO (they're $30 on clearance, shipped, brand new)

I offered them $8 (offer declined).



But legitimately, my respects to Tom Cram & Reckon Luck (believe it!) - you are both righteous dudes.

So from the sounds of it, the whole brand might disappear along with many others. That’s crazy.
