Re: Orange Amps and Dirt
On the subject of Orange, I'm really liking the look of the new lightweight vertical 2x12 with Neo Creambacks they released at NAMM. They're pointing out it's specifically for their Terror range though and I've got an OR50, so I might end up with the standard 2x12
The Creambacks could take it, but there's a substantial difference in power compared to two V30s.

I’m happy here, don’t make me stare at those rockerverbs until the price makes sense.

Re: Orange Amps and Dirt
has anyone played through the new rocker terror heads? super expensive, but was curious if they react to dirt in a similar way that other orange amps do

The gain channel on the Rocker 32 combo we have at work is pretty awful. Just kinda fizzy and gross sounding. The Rocker 15 kicks ass though. I haven't tried the head but the combos should be pretty close?ibarakishi wrote:has anyone played through the new rocker terror heads? super expensive, but was curious if they react to dirt in a similar way that other orange amps do

Ah ! I just ordered one (Crown of Horns), with my ToneHungryfx Fuzz Cream and SS/BS TAFM it's starting to make alot of fuzz (from what I'm used to have). Looking foward to make some stack them and play with my OR15 gain and see which combination (or single pedal) I prefer.Feedbacker wrote:I have a gt120 and have had good results with a BAT Crown of Horns.
