Oh, I definitely appreciate the opinions! I probably should have said in my original post that I'd given up on the JC awhile ago. Looking back, I also didn't mention that I prefer tubes to solid state. My bad.

Haven't quite pulled the trigger on the Gemini, though - will probably wade through snow to test it again before doing so...
