If you buy a pedal from me, remind me to piss in it before I send it to you.

I was trying to talk about gear.

I'd like to see more signature/collaborative pedals. Dwarfcraft/Fuzzrocious, and the DBA/Artist collabs are fun. Limited runs make the ever expanding hand built pedal landscape more fun for me to watch.
Reverb Artist Shop Predictions: Tom Delonge, John 5, someone from the foo fighters, I wanna say the bassist, and the second guitarist guy in Weezer.

The latest gear trend will be gear nerds not bitching about size and jack placement.

I'm being serious when I back top jacks. I didn't used to get it, but now I do. I want maximum pedal crammage.
I'd like to see Fender do updated offset reissues without terminally botching at least one key aspect. I feel like all they need to do is put on a tune-o-matic bridge with roller saddles, use a trem with the design/spring tension of the AVRI, have a trem arm that can stay under tension and keep the pickups on the hot side of vintage voiced. Get rid off all the switching and go with a 3 way toggle, they can always do something like a pull pot for the strangle or jazz circuit if they want to keep some options open. They can keep their period correct reissue for all the purists and have a modernized offset that isn't so weird or different from the original as to be pointless. Just functional updates without one weird wildcard thrown in, like they always seem to do.

You might as well throw some dragons, lightsabers and jetpacks into this outrageous fantasy.

I would welcome a Pat Smear shop. John 5 would be cool. I could see a Zakk Wylde shop happening or anybody on Guitar World circa 2003-2005.
I could see odd (read not standard) pickup configuration being a thing that hits mass interest.

Soft switches, since Earthquaker is already implementing it, and more builders will probably follow suit down the line.
More cats (actual cats).
Crazy ring mod akshun for......everyone?
Big-assed enclosures with bigger knobs since everyone went modular or is going there anyway & my fingers and feet are still made of meat and am tired of tweezing knobs.
Viable OP-1 alternatives, finally? Either that or a Teenage Engineering Smart Fleshlight for $499 (top jacks, obviously), with a TC/Behringer clone for $199.
It could happen!

I too would like more soft switches.
Also if builders who implement top jacks could offset the input/output from the power supply so I could actually plug it in without much hassle/cramming that'd be great. See the new top jack Great Destroyer for good example of successful jack placement. EDIT: on a 1590B enclosure

That's a good one. ^ Very important.

What would Judy play?
So, by posting a pic of Judy Tenuta, are you suggesting there should be more effects made for accordionists?
