0:49, I have one of those yellow six-sided organs in storage. It doesn't have the best sound, but it really ties a room together.

Charlie Clouser (of earlier NIN fame) has a pretty nice studio. Apart from the usual suspects, there's a large modular, stuff like a waterphone, some chinese instrument called a guzheng and a Moog lapsteel. The Creative Cribs series generally feature some dope studios.

There's a great thread on Gearslutz where Charlie responds to questions in great detail, about some of the recording process and sound creation on the NIN stuff he worked on - if anyone's into that sorta thing.

Vince Clark's dome shaped building that has his studio, that's in Maine of all places. Seems very weird to me that Vince Clarke lives in Maine.

To add to the thread, A lot of the sequences from the Gorillaz doc Bananaz have some cool studio footage bits, including this bit of them recording Punk from the self titled.

Holy shit those Moog guitars are really cool. Really wish there were some actual sound clips in that video. Would love to hear a lot of those instruments

Zdar has the craziest wall of outboard I've seen, handful classic big boy synths too.
