With tap-tempo, I'd say the Supa-Trem 2, or go back to the Diamond.

I have the Moog MF Trem and I like it a lot. It doesn't have tap tempo, but has expression pedal control.

And... as Chankgeez linked, there is the David Rolo Twin Peaks tremolo that is going be available later tonight.

The EHX Super Pulsar is also a great suggestion.

As are the extra-goodies options where you buy a pedal of another effect-type that has "tremolo-like" shenanigans on tap.

Options, thy name is friend! Test 'em out in person if you can. Or splash and splurge blindly if thou must. It's all good.

For vintage trem I like the Carl Martin Surf Trem. Sounds really good and is fairly overlooked, som can often be had for cheap.

I agree. As much as I don't like Fulltone the SupaTrem is pretty lush. The Tremolessence is rad too but it doesn't do a sine wave. Other than my Twin I don't have a trem pedal. Really impressed with the features of the Twin Stags, and the CV could be a lot of fun in my setup.

If you don't need anything fancy (besides tap tempo), get the Empress, 2nd version is dirt cheap in used condition. It's pretty straightforward but also has some cool tricks.

Here to chime in saying that the Moog MF trem is fantastic and punches well above its price range. Only sold mine because I got a Voyager I recently and I felt like there was too much overlap between the two, and the Voyager certainly pulls tricks that the Moog does not.

Maybe not helpful since I have no actual experience using one, but if'n I were to get a trem I'd be getting a Zvex Sonar. Seems like its got a lot of tricks up its sleeve.
