Seconding this. A lot of BASTL stuff is pretty great. The Bit Ranger sounds right up your alley. I have some bleep labs stuff which is cheap and can be cheaper if you DIY.
I really like my horndog from Repeater Electronics. I think your moog can be used to process external audio so throw that through there. The guy formed another company and I'm thinking of picking this up http://mroztronium.blogspot.com/p/mroztronium-1.html.

Bitquest for ring mod/ring mod with distortion, bitcrushing, etc... Otherwise, I like the Rucci noise/drone boxes? If you want uncontrollable and gnarly maybe like an EHX Micro Synth in a feedback loop?

Cosigned.
Also I feel like its with pointing out that far fewer people actually want "totally flipped out chaos" or whatever. My guess is that OP actually has a very specific sort of ZZZT ZAP BLYRT in mind.
Trogotronic 669cv, 666, 679 (I prefer RMA though).
LAL MNP-2
Electro Lobotomy and JMT can be fun as previously mentioned.

For uncontrollable shitnoise im fond of the Dark Interpreter, Audible Disease shit, and running pedal chains through the RMA Dirty Doper effect loop.

Check out old Electribe shit. They can do really generic shit or really whacky noise and drone. I don't see enough Electribe love. I've got some older ones and an EMX1. All super different and cool in their own ways.
