If I had a wood board, that might be the ticket! (I was a bike kitchen volunteer for years, I've got a bucket of chains..)

Now I'm thinking that maybe I need something with a second row but only the width of the Pedaltrain nano I've been rocking. What was that company with the shag carpet to hold your pedals in place? With the right pedalboard, I presumably wouldn't need Velcro anymore...

Bedroom Boards I believe is what they were called.

I can't find them though for some reason.

If you're going that route, it may be cheaper and easier to make one. Just a thought. Either way! :)

jwar, you're a genius. I happened to be at a discount-home-shiz place when you replied with that, and came home with...

Not sure if I'm going to keep it, but it does fit a nice line of everything I wanted to play yesterday. It holds the pedals but they can still move around. I suspect if I built a board with a lip, and put these inside (probably turn the rug sideways and cut it in half for top and bottom?) it'd be about the right size for what I need, too.

Awesome! Glad something worked out!!

The box thing would probably be stupid easy to make or you could possibly buy a pre-made one. You may even be able to fold the rug and just staple gun it down to the box.

I did something similar with a good pallet and some carpet for my bass cabs. It got them off the floor and deadened the sound just enough to be pleasing. It was super easy to do and actually looks nice.
