Can anyone identify this Bass?

The headstock shape, tuners, and paint job are similar to my Hondo bass. Another brand to research perhaps.

Gave up trying to find a screw that fit, so I resorted to a pile of pennies:

Got it fully restrung:

Also, a quick spray of DeOxit has completely restored the electronics. Both pots are smooth and clean now. No static.
It actually feels and plays great! I'm super impressed with it.
