So why does everything need to be analog here? If you want weird and crazy most of that isn't going to come from completely analog pedals. However, lots of circuits will have an analog signal path and digital control. Analog isn't the be-all end-all though. In 2017 you wouldn't be able to tell the difference without opening the pedal.

I couldn't care less for digital/analog in modulation or time-based FX. I sold all of my analog pedals when I've got my digital peds =]

That echo shifter gets outa control....think my p&w gp post was about a possessed echoshifter...anyways hopefully mountainking will show what modulation pedal they gonna do....I want a reverb that does wierd things like arpeggio the trails.

He thinks that the inputs/outputs are continuous voltage signals like any other electrical components, but he thinks that the insides of all chips are entirely digital?
