Well, I lost out on the Midiverb II. I'm now leaning towards the QV1 but rfurtkamp could you tell me, do you have a list of its official presets? I have seen a few demos online and one guy was using reverse but the only document (copied below) I have seen mentioning the reverse reverb is patch 48 'reverse echo' and this didn't appear on the lcd of the guy using the rack. Is below legit?

How about the SPX 90? Has reverse verb too, if that's what you're mainly after. Used by Shields as well.

That is NOT the Midiverb II. It has no blank programs, except the "no effect" 00 DEFEAT one, and one cannot edit so blank patches would be meaninglesss.

Cool, but I was actually asking whether they were the correct presets for the Quadraverb

Let me see if I have a list of the factory Quads, I haven't reset mine in years so I'd be of no help as I hacked/modified a ton.

Did a dump and a restore, the Qverb "Reverse Echo" isn't actually a reverse echo - it just applies a pitch shift to the repeats and some EQ etc. Comparison (and why I deleted the "reverse echo" patch, I suppose, it's been a while!)

Quick (didn't even let the tubes warm up, so pardon the popping on the intro):

Just amp > then Qverb #48 factory "Reverse Echo" > then Mverb #48 8s Regen Reverse Verb > little bit of both on fade.
