WOW! The Otto Bit Jr demo from Pedals and Effects just blew me away. A fucking filter, bitcrusher, step sequencer, pitch shifting...fuck. It's all dsp based too, so it sounds really fucking good and is incredibly well made.
I'm sold man. These look amazing. I'll definitely be looking at replacing some stuff with these.

Yeah, the Ottobit Jr. seems rad as fuuugh, if I can afford a fancy pedal this year that will be the one.

Anyone know why Vintage King has the Ottobit Jr for sale (I assume pre-sale) but it is not even listed in pre-sale on Meris' website?

Terry from Meris said they'd be available "early spring". So, that could mean less than a couple weeks away.

Yeah, didn't know if there was some other information that I had not been able to find.
What about the stereo inputs? Anyone heard if it is "true stereo"/dual mono or merge inputs/stereo disperse (like Strymon, apparently)?

Looks like there's a single input for stereo in, meaning you would have to use a TRS splitter cable for stereo in. Improvement over the Strymon is there is is an LED indicator on the back when in Stereo mode. I would imagine that analog clean keeps it fully left/right seperated - as far as the effected signal, only way to really tell is get one and feed a ping-pong delay into it.

Or mute an input and see if it is playing through one output or both.
I just picked up a Strymon Deco and it is dual mono when only using the Tape Saturation but when using the Separation side, it is definitely not dual mono.

I've been fettling a Quadraverb for some time now and those modulated reverb algorithms sounds very much like it. The hi/lo-freq is very Quad-ish.

Learn to control your spurts for a satisfying ping pong effect.
Also, for those that dig the Ottobit but don't have the shekels, you can get a lot of similar functionality from a $139 Roland Bitrazer, though you might have to whip out your phone to dig it.
