Really sucky and simple video but oh well https://instagram.com/p/BQ3qZ4rBjdj/
Thanks for taking the time to do that. When you increase the delay rate, does the crinkle effect speed up? It's weird...doesn't really sound like cassette effects, but it is its own crappy weird effect that is pleasant in its own right.

I have the Generation Loss. Props to Cooper FX for making it...its like the guy read my thoughts and made exactly what i was looking for (in the crappy VHS realm). I don't think it does the cassette thing like I was talking about, but it definitely excels at the VHS thing.

I have the DECO. While a VERY cool pedal, it doesn't really get there. I will never get rid of that pedal! The tape flange is incredible.

I feel like the Echo Degrader could probably do it on setting 3. I'll record a clip when I get off class

I think the deco is awesome for this.

Well dude, in that case. Put a cassette recorder on your pedal board. I have one on there. Play through fucked up tape loops.

The Malekko Omicron Vibrato can produce textures somewhere in the same ballpark with lower speed settings and the depth a little under 12:00.
