I'm a Space Echo person.

It's as much a preamp as it is everything else.

I need some of my fuzzboxes, but...they don't sound right not slamming into a Space Echo.

I'll imagine an emergency situation where I'm playing a show using someone else's gear and I don't have a ride so I have to bring only what I can carry on the train...

Rickenbacker bass. Mountainking Ultra Megalith. I'll sound insane no matter what amp I'm playing out of. Guaranteed.

I think a good reverb is the only thing I need to survive. If someone doesn't have a reverb I get depressed. Like I don't even need a dirt pedal if there's Reverb.

Instant comfort for me = an Alesis Quadraverb. That said, I'm not so picky these days. Just give me a phat sounding single coil guitar I'll be OK. I can't do humbuckers anymore.

RC Booster, FA-1, Colorsound Overdriver or similar preamp-style thing. They make even the shittiest rigs feel and sound better, stack great with whatever and offer some EQ control.

A fuzzy / dirty signal can sound pretty good with no verb, kinda abrasive and super present.

Clean signal with no verb = the worst. Like a sandwich with nothing on it. Gimme some sonic mayo at least.
