Yeah Naples/New Backwards are really good. I would recommend checking out Black Antlers and Selvaggia, Go Back Into The Woods, too.

I'm AAAAALLLLLLL about Time Machines. No album I have ever heard actually manages to make me zone out quite as much as that one does. Synth drone bliss!

"Time Machines was supposed to cure you of time. In the sense that time is an affliction, everything is speeding up and there's no time and everything is compressed. Your time isn't your time anymore. It belongs to somebody else and they pay you for it and then suddenly you find you haven't got it. So you borrow it from somewhere else. It's a commercial enterprise, time. Time Machines was an attempt to create a space where people can stop and have gaps."

Yeah Time Machines is killer. I don't post in this thread everyday because that would be kind of excessive, but if anyone's interested Peter Christopherson made a bunch of their live backing tracks available under a non-commercial creative commons license:

If you've listened to Live 1-4 (and you should listen to Live 4 in particular), Live in Porto, or others you'll recognize these. Pretty cool look at their instrumental arrangements (esp. if you A-B them with the originals)
