The Brain DVD? It's been so long since I've seen it but I assume you mean awesome because it shows him drumming a bunch laying down amazing grooves but terrible because you can't instruct anyone to play like that haha...Invisible Man wrote:Hahaharickenbastard wrote:I tried to reply to multiple quotes in one post. Made my wife watch some of his instructional DVD with me...still awesome/terrible.
I actually meant stuff like the scene where he eats a steak dinner with his mom and dad, or when he practices double stroke rolls surrounded by porn mags. Or playing go go beats on a rooftop...smoking a cigar...in only a diaper. Or when he shreds on a shitty kit during a CL deal in some guys' garage, then buys it and drags it home behind a scooter.rickenbastard wrote:The Brain DVD? Basically he should say "there's this thing called natural rhythm, if you have it you can already play this. if you don't...sorry"

It's like he's wicked ripping with sadness:rickenbastard wrote:I love that he plays wicked ripping metal stuff and then his mellow depressing albums and everything in between. Both Praxis things posted above are incredible.
