I like the stuff where Blixa was involved but some of the most recent Bad Seeds is actually among my favourite. The last two albums have been phenomenal.

Well, the worst Nick Cave is very good and the best is beyond wonderful, and the Bad Seeds is usually a collection of musical geniuses (I mean, over the years : Barry Adamson, Blixa Bargeld, Mick Harvey, Warren Ellis, etc.). I agree! I was specifically talking to Dos though. 
And yeah, his son dying is really tragic. I can't imagine what it would be like to have something so awful happen.

Just came back from seeing One More Time With Feeling.

Saw the film yesterday... can't wait for the CD today!
The only Bad Seeds CD I don't like are Nocturama and Dog Lazarus Dig. Everything else is perfect!

Tender Prey is probably still my number one but that might be due to decades of exposure and the fact that The Mercy Seat is just one of the best songs ever.
