Also there are several sites that will render the audio from like youtube and give you a downloadable file n shit

Some DAWs allow loopback recording, but it can be a pain to setup. Its really easy though once you set it up though because you can play the thing you want then hit record in your DAW and voilĂ , there it is.

Edit: This is a good sample database, but for instrument sounds. They basically recorded all the notes of a bunch of instruments. http://theremin.music.uiowa.edu/MIS.html
