I've only heard a few of those tracks, but I was bored to tears. I also can't stand The Wall or anything after, so i guess I'm a pretty picky bitch about the whole thing.
WUT? You don't like the Wall?

Get out! That's it!! Tom ban Aen!!! BAN HIM!!!!!!!

:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Nah I get it man.

It's like when people go ape shit over the Beatles who IMO only had a handful of good songs.

Personally I'm more of a Doors guys. Maybe that's because I used to smoke opium a lot...

I am with you on The Wall, but everything up to that is pretty tasty. This box covers up to Dark Side, so there seems to be a lot of great stuff to be had for the non Syd types. There will be sections of the box available throughout 2017 and the only exclusives to the Big Box are Syd area stuff. :cool:

They should release everything in sections so fans that dont want everything can get what they want. Its bullshit to only make this "rare" content available to people that can and are willing to buy the excessively large and expensive box set. If they want to hold the "rare" stuff until the last sectioned release to stroke the egos of those that need it, thats fine, but they shouldnt be greedy assholes.

That being said, I'll probably pre-order this. :erm:

Whatever man. I tripped balls to the Wall. It was great. Along with lots of Zepplin.

I think it is pretty telling that you think that.
I dunno, I've never been one for folky earthy psych gibberish over fairly mundane instrumental parts. Like nothing on Piper comes close to See Emily Play or Arnold Layne, for me.

@aen Syd was one of those mid 60s guys who unapologetically did his own thing...and too much acid. Early embracer of dissonance and meandering ambient chaos. I would think he'd be a big fan of your pedals. When I was looking at British amps and my Selmer TNB mk2 popped up online with a demo I was intrigued. The sound was somewhat familiar yet really gnarly, different from the UK standards everyone lusts after. Then I found this video and it clicked. Sold.
I got to play through one of these the other week.

It sounded great. I don't know if it had the original greenbacks in it, and I'm not sure if it's the same circuit as mk2 but, it was a powerful clean with a hint of grit.

"Compact" :lol:
Looks like a TNB SV or w/e. Cleaner amp than the MK 3 and especially the MK 2.

Good god that price... shit like this just feels like the record industry taking advantage of the shrinking number of people still buying records, rub-your-face-in-it style. Not like that's surprising at all.

I think The Wall is the only Waters Floyd record I don't like. The ooooone right be fore it, though... :cool:
