After not being able to get a response to any emails for more than two months I sent a message through paypal last week. Again no response. So I filed a claim. Hoping to just get my money back at this point. Would have been a cool pedal but certainly not something I absolutely need and I doubt it would ship anyway.

Got a message from Matt today. He's still slogging away at back orders, but should be able to get my glitch done in a couple of weeks. Sweet!

I filed a Paypal claim and got a refund. MWFX didn't even respond. I had to wait two weeks for the full Paypal process to just run out of time. Completely unacceptable to post a 2-week lead time and then not have shipped anything or responded to emails three months later.
