Check out the Holy Wave - gazey, psychy. They're all upstanding citizens, too!

Luminous Orange and Swirlies is all you need. Current shoegaze sucks hard.

I'm sort of eh on their other stuff (needs more listens) but this ep rules so hard.

I've heard people raving about Cheatahs Mythologies.
On an older tip, have you heard much of the Go-Betweens? Pretty great.

They're great! Wouldn't put them in the shoegaze category but definitely in that great 80s indie pop realm. Sort of remind me a bit of the Feelies. Do they have a shoegazy record I should check out?

I'll recommend Blush Response from Australia

They also have a new tune that's just come out, and they just get better with every single release. Constant awesomeness.

Dudes do you ever get the feeling that most gaze bands aren't really gazing? Like slow dive was gazing right here....

And mbv was hella gazing on

But its like none of these new bands know what ambien is...

Man i thought that NO JOY band would be cool too but then i listened to some of their other stuff and it sounded like your standard pretty girl rock shit. Cant anybody try and be a little bit dangerous anymore? I got a winning formula here kids:
get a band
get a car
get sleeping pills
get alcohol
take the sleeping pills then drink the alcohol
drive around
write music that sounds like this.

Don't make me buy an FX500. I've already got an SPX90ii.
