There's not a huge amount of my cool shit effectswise in the box, but there's a ton of stuff and I know how to tweak it (and a couple routable GT-10 era engines in there with a pile of delay and options).

Yeah I kind of figured it'd be a matter of getting that base layer sound to be mellotron-ish (or insert whatever instrument you like-ish) and then smearing it with some other effects.

Yea, also have several "out" options - can send out mag pus, the modelled instrument, etc to their own outputs (plus or not the PCM and everything out the master end of things).

So it's not exactly a "bolt it on and go to town" until you know the lay of the land.

Sounds nice and flexible though.

Of course, I sit down to do something with it and end up burying the faux mellotron in what's going on.

There's both a "tape strings" and my own EQ/mangled melloflute PCMs flying, plus a couple guitars and a resonant peak'd harpsichord. Everything's "in the box" on the guitar synth out to Jazz Chorus except for one guitar/delay track run through the normal pedalboard.

I swear, at some point it'll let me do my fake medieval shit without wanting to go into snarl-land. I'm just not in the King Diamond mindset today.
