The smaller version of the Fuck. If space is an issue.

If you do go with a ss/bs for your dirt, Brian's turn around is super quick right now. I ordered a Mini last Tuesday and it's supposed to be here tomorrow.

haven't heard anyone say it sucks.
my biggest problem with the el cap was that the reverb was so good i almost stopped using it as a delay.

Maybe I'm mixing it up with people dissing the re-20 reverb. But I vaguely recall a lot of toan hunters being all "they replicated the uninspiring spring reverb yadayada" but looking at it now people seem to like it. Well, I certainly dig it.

Yea, the RE-20 verb is ugly, it's nicer than a real one's but it's still trashy and boxy. But you're not buying a RE-20 for the verb!

My thoughts have turned towards the Strymon Flint. I have heard great things. Can it do big ambient 'verbs as well?

looks like you've got enough space for an RM-1N there.

Right, slight change of plan.
The Nano+ Board now only has a Frazz Dazzler and a Minifooger Delay.
There is probably room for another 3 pedals at most, though I'd probably be looking only for a Boost and a Reverb, and think the MF Boost would be excellent for pushing my HRDIII into overdrive, so would just be the reverb, and I think the Flint is still the best contender. There would be way too long a wait for the RM 1N. So, that aside, what other than the Flint should go at the end of the board?

So you're looking for a reverb you can get within the typical timeframe (i.e. online in stock ordering) that can do big ambient verbs (which I would not use the Flint for provided you don't want/need the tremolo).
You have other Dr. Sci pedals, have you looked at his Reverb? EQD has some cool stuff, I'm sure, but there's surely loads more I'm missing to be found here:
