Generally stoner metal. Slow & heavy is the way i like it. Add in a bit of psychedelia & i am in love.

This =
Although as I probably stated earlier, I did cut my teeth on old-skool thrash, and have a soft spot in my wizened, blackened heart for the late-80's hard stuff.
And it's a ridiculous song, but I remember being blown away by the Death Angel song "Seemingly Endless Time" the first time I saw it. Something about the black & white vid, waves, and smoke... although the second the vocals come in, it gets a little ridiculous. Maybe we just loved it because it only came on at 2 a.m., and we were all loopy as hell by then. Either way, as a tribute to the old days of Headbanger's Ball, here it is:

Edit: all of this Metulz nostalgia made me log on to iTunes to look for ol' Death Angel. Turns out that none of their back catalog is up there, but they have some new stuff that's pretty damn good if you're into old-skool hair-throwing thrash. Hm. Maybe I'll look up Testament and Exodus next. Nostalgia attack!

It was amazing.
