It has five fucking jacks! LOL!! Good luck getting that EHX rehoused! hahahaha. For real though. That would be a nightmare. You could put all the jacks on top in a deep enclosure but your cables would be all over each other and destroy any space saving benefits.
The Ditto x2 I have NO clue about. I'm also interested in a looper with reverse but I tend to pull my looper off board now. It's just easier for me. Plus I don't play out, so it doesn't matter if it fits.
I think your best bet will be a non standard looper like Jean suggested.

Welcome to the dark side. True bypass looping and top mounted jacks for everyone.

I honestly do not like having all top mounted jacks. I still don't get that, but to each their own.

There really isn't an actual reason for them in my eyes. You save a tiny bit of space if you're using pancake cables only. I guess if you're using regular sized cables and you have a PT Pro board you can fit one extra 125b enclosure pedal with the space you save.

It makes trouble shooting so much easier though. You don't have to remove the pedals beside to remove the cables. Easier to hide/route cables as well.

top mounted jacks make everything look so clean and nice
would love a small looper with reverse
kinda bummed the reverse on the 4500 isn't footswitchable
if it was I would make room for it somehow

I save a ton of space with top jacks.
Sidejacks is the first thing that kills gas... unless I really can't get that sound through anything else.... I'm running about 36 pedals at once right now, only 3 of them have sidejacks (2x Revolvers & Miku).
But yeah on topic, I hope there are some tricked-out looper announcing at NAMM or I'm gonna go ahead and design my own.

I don't think I've posted a proper board pic since last year's BILF. It's basically mutated into this:
